Her work has been featured in leading industry trade journals including Training Today, Workforce.com, Strategic HR Review, and Performance Improvement as well as Crain’s Chicago Business, and The Chicago Tribune.

Prior to founding Fulcrum Network, Diane was both a consultant and corporate leader with expertise in customer service, quality improvement, leadership development, change management, group facilitation, team building, and career transition. She earned her Master of Science degree in Organization Development from Loyola University and Bachelor of Arts in Applied Behavioral Science from National Louis University.
